1.
Plan and implement sales activities to achieve defined targets and support the Company business strategies for reliability service
2.
Source qualified distributors and develop their competence to grow the reliability business3.
Actively explore new customers and sales opportunities, and strengthen relation with customers through total customer account management 4.
Identify opportunities, promote and sell value added service and solutions to end customers in various industrial groups 5.
Collects market intelligence proactively to monitor competitors and market development, to identify business opportunities and to recommend new way of doing business Job Requirements: 1.
Degree in mechanical, manufacturing or reliability engineering 2.
5 years working experience in industrial sales, preferably with distributors 3.
Highly independent and possess business acumen 4.
Well versed in sales and commercial practices, including imported products 5.
Experience in plant maintenance and a thorough knowledge of modern maintenance practices and challenges will be an advantage 6.
Good planning, coordination, communication and interpersonal skills 7.
Good command of written and spoken English 8.
Willing to travel
