This position will compensate the chosen candidate at the local Shanghai market wage rate, and benefits will be administered based on local Shanghai benefit practices.
Energy and Mechanical Systems: Structural Acoustics Specialist
Job Requirements:· Solid background and experience in structural acoustics modeling, test and control· Understanding and use of structural acoustics computational modeling tools (SEA, BEA, FEA, EFEA, etc.) as well as the practical limitations of the tools.· Proficient knowledge of design and implementation of active and/or passive noise and vibration control solutions.· Ability to provide timely, accurate and detailed reports and presentations
Preferred Candidates will possess the following:· Master or Ph.D in Acoustics or a related area. · 2-5 years experience in structural acoustics modeling and analysis.· In-depth knowledge of rotating machinery is preferred.· Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams in both China and USA· Fluent English (both written and spoken) and excellent communication skills

很多招聘写出的要求很高很全，其实除了有些硬指标如学历之外，其它的像经验、掌握的工具等都不是那么严格的，关键要能通过面试时对能力、知识面以及语言能力的考查。 要是在南京就好了，正想换个工作
