基本职责 The Systems & Instrumentation Field Engineer will provide services that will range in scope from Plant Asset Management system commissioning and maintenance from transducers to computers and software systems for Machinery Monitoring, Protection, and Management Systems.
Perform installations, commissioning, and troubleshooting of Bently Nevada hardware and software products and solutions at customer locations.
Provide customers with technical direction and/or project management.
Keep long relationship with region customers, help to growth region sales.
Able to travel extensively and work over-time.
Meet service team quality standards.
Drive customer satisfaction through commitment to quality.
资历/要求 *Possess a two or four year technical degree in Electrical (BSEE), Mechanical (BSME), thermal dynamic or industrial engineering (BSIE) or equivalent experience as determined by the area Service Manager.
*2+ years of Field Service or minimum of 3 years industry (energy and/or oil & gas) experience.
*Knowledge of machinist tools and electrical control.
*Knowledge of rotating machinery or controls systems.
*Solid verbal and written communication skills, ability to read and write English.
*Strong Computer and Network skills with familiarity of MS Office products.
*Requires installation, operation and performance verification of basic Bently Nevada products both hardware and software, and associated service tools.
*Self starter with minimal supervision requirement; able to work independently; ability to prioritize, organize work and meet deadlines.
*Ability to set and meet aggressive targets.
*Written, analytical, public presentation & training skills.
*Experienced candidates will be considered for senior position.
期望特性 *Power generation/petrochemical/refinery industry experience.
*Knowledge of Bently Nevada products and services.
*Working experience on MDS or Control or thermal dynamic.
*Engineering experience is preferred.
