职位描述
As Manager of the Software methodology and tools team (CHINA), you are fully responsible for sustaining the efficiency and the quality of a software development environment, to support the SW development community of more than 1000 developers and manage approximately a team of 8 direct reports.
Your major responsibilities:
- Build up a team of software professionals to support our next generation of software development workflow
- Ensure high efficiency of SW development environment for the development of Android system, Smart Phone, Tablet, mobile devices
- Motivate your team to constantly improving software development methods and latest development tools
- Manage development of the team members to build up the required knowledge and make sure they are successful
- Provide architectural and technical guidance and ensure that sound engineering practices are followed
- Interact globally with internal and external stakeholders
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in oral and written English
- 25% international travel required
职位所需技能
Candidate must possess a Master degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Minimum Requirements:
- 2+ years experience as a manager in leading software development teams
- 5+ years experience in software development with good understanding in SW engineering
- 3-5 years experience with software configuration and change management and test automation
Preferred Requirements:
- Good knowledge about Git, Gerrit, Jekins
- Ability to understand complex software development environment
