如何做出用鼠标拖动矩形沿着一条曲线移动的效果？

在Matlab中输入window，出来的Window Design & Analysis Tool中，我们点击曲线，会出来一个矩形显示一些数值。在拖动矩形的时候只能沿着曲线拖动。 我也想做这样的效果，可是不知如何做到让鼠标拖着东西顺着曲线移动。 有什么方法可以实现吗？谢谢！
