弯曲波和横波的区别

有没有知道，弯曲波（flexural wave）和横波（transverse wave ）的区别。这两者是怎样产生的。
在绳子的端部上下抖动得到是哪一种波。谢谢！

横波是指扰动中质元的运动方向和扰动的传播方向垂直的波，在绳子的端部上下抖动得到的是横波。至于弯曲波还是第一次听说

Transverse Waves（横波） In a transverse wave the particle displacement is perpendicular to the direction of wave propagation. The animation below shows a one-dimensional transverse plane wave propagating from left to right.
