Matlab 6.5安装遇到的问题

我在装Matlab 6.5 时遇到一个问题，请高手指点：
点击setup图标，出现了以下窗口
     The installer needs a newer version of the Microsoft Java Virtual Machine.
     Do you want to install a answer version of the Microsoft Java Virtual Machine.
     Pressing Yes will install it and reboot your machine.
     If you are installing from a CD you should leave the CD in your CD-ROM drive so that the installer can automatically    start after you log on to the machine.
     Pressing No will exit the installer.

当点击“是”后，又出现了一个窗口

must restart your computer before the new settings will take effect
     Do you want tu restart your computer now?

否


当点击“是”，电脑重启又重复上面的两个现象。
如果在matab下的这两个文件msjavx86和jsjavx86都装上，再点击setup图标，还是重复上面两个现象，不知道是什么问题，机子上就是装不上Matlab 6.5这个软件
