关于振动诊断国外杂志投稿的相关问题

大家好！
   相信搞振动检测与诊断这方面的学生或工作人员都遇到一个问题：一些多年的研究成果能在国外核心期刊或杂志上发表是对自己学习工作的肯定，但这方面的期刊与杂志到底有哪些呢？小弟先在这里感慨一下自己的心得体会，希望做到抛砖引玉的功效。
   国外的期刊有：1. Journal of Sound and Vibration 这是一个非常权威的杂志，影响因子相当高，但是偏重于振动的动力学理论。
                              2. Proceedings of the Institute of Mechanical Engineers 这是比较综合的杂志，偏重于应用方面
